6 Club changes its screens from time to time. Pages here are re-checked against the platform, and steps that no longer match get corrected. Since there is no inbox, a message about your own account could not be answered here anyway.
Avoiding fake helpers
Real support has no reason to request your password or a one-time code. Offers of help that arrive through social media or chat groups call for caution, and account details belong only on the platform's own screens.
