Reset a Forgotten 6 Club Password
If you forget your 6 Club password, the sign-in screen itself tells you to contact customer service, and a Forgot password? link sits beside Remember password. A locked account is cleared through Forgot Password, as the lock warning explains.

6 Club password reset from the sign-in screen
- Go to the 6 Club sign-in screen on your phone.
- Read the line under the heading. When checked, it said: 'If you forget your password, please contact customer service'.
- Stay on the tab your account uses, Phone Number or Email.
- Tap Forgot password?, next to the Remember password box.
- Follow what the next screen asks, and turn to customer service if you get stuck, as the sign-in screen advises.
The screens after Forgot password? were not opened for this guide, so no SMS or OTP stage is described. Go by what your own screen shows.
The 6 Club lock warning and its buttons
More than 10 incorrect password entries lock the account. The warning tells you to use Forgot Password to change to a new password, which unlocks the account, and it has a Contact customer service button beside Cancel. If you are unsure of a password, stop after a couple of misses instead of guessing towards the limit.
Keeping your details safe during recovery
Share account details only with 6 Club's customer service, reached from the platform's own screens. Nobody helping you needs your old password, and messages on social apps that offer a quick unlock deserve suspicion.
What the new 6 Club password needs
- Meet the sign-up rule: at least 8 characters that combine letters with numbers.
- Skip your mobile number, birthday or anything reused from another website.
- Untick Remember password on a phone that belongs to someone else.
Back in? The login walk-through repeats the sign-in steps, the registration guide lists the password rule in context, and the FAQ covers support questions.
